Untitled might be the very essence of what it is that I am wishing to be publishing, and the title of the major work of my life, writer's life, that is. In the fact of not having a subject in mind or at hand I am finding only that "brainwave entrainment" seems to fabulous possibilities, and the visual vibrancy of the images I've seen in my dreams is astounding--corridors of patients and staff, groups of people, some with disabled versions of my family or acquaintances all become puffy and soft and all with little to recommend them as "pleasant company" except they've all lost their certitude and seem to be happy in just being out on the grounds on a "day pass" either with me, or with themselves, accountable only to the large system which manages the enclosed area, our little universe.
The most startling image was of this fish-like shimmering black and green scaly fish morphed into a two legged wide open mouth, wings of a bat shimmering green and black with Clay feeding it some kind of finger shaped black cylinders and tipped with green, rubbed tauntingly and frighteningly semi-cruel manner, then dropped all into the voracious mouth like a handful of sardines.
The "Wiki" entries were self-referential and would have somehow been able to take the reader to a topic but instead is a free form of a "plant" or "device of writer's craft" that in essay form looses the reader of the Wiki as if he or she were crazy and refers to a book listed in the table of contents of no anthology I ever saw, but which may be available on the www.abebooks.com site which I will research for today. The actualor fictional book is "IF ON A COLD WINTER'S NIGHT A TRAVELLER." THAT MAY NOT BE THE TITLE. Anyway after finding this entry which tells you the Wiki reader what you're doing is reading an entry about a book that isn't really a true entry but it is in fact in Wiki, then you begin to feel there is a seemingly "plot-like" scheme of a bunch of humorous "we gotcha" types, somehow with the know-how and practice in maintaining a Wiki page that rather then describe the book mirrors the absurd process of the book referenced, and you find yourself checking Wikipedia to see if this is true, in other words "Log in" and what do you find, and what do you get? The real referral to a book that may or may not be true, but which is filled with the ideas of some satirists, only satire in the sense of humor and critical lingo, about how it would be to read a book that was about you as your read the book, and as you do this and the book itself is always changing, and the you in the book is maybe a universal version of you, and then a female version of your male you, and this, all of this in place where there is not any sort of exit, a "No Exit" version of the hall of mirrors.
