I am sitting at my desk, its 1:34 pm. What is worth writing about: not much, very little on my heart, very little in my mind. This tells if nothing less, I am not inspired or maybe I am and just don't want to talk about it. I am trying to dribble out as many of my thoughts on paper today as can fit. Unfortunately, this is the closest thing I have to inspiration. But, to be inspired requires patience and perseverance. There is nothing, and by nothing I mean absolutely nothing that is more daunting than a blank piece of paper. Here I go, write and write, and write some more until something of inspiration flows out of me.
I am trying to change a lot in my life right now. First is I am trying to get up earlier and work out. This week or I should say Saturday I enrolled at 02. Well, not really enrolled, but am trying a seven day trial. The idea is that I will try it out, and then try Gold's out for seven days. Based on price and what suites me more, I'll enroll in one or the other. Another option is Lifestyle as another alternative. The real question with each is which will suit my schedule and lifestyle the best. What I am really trying to figure out is what time of day should I work out, and what my daily routine should be. I really liked getting up early today, well I say early, but it was only 6:15 and get a work out in. It was nice to come home and have breakfast with Tricia and Annabelle before I head off to work. How I would alter this would to be even better would be to get in the gym an hour earlier at 5:30 and spend an hour and half as opposed to an hour. Then I would leave for work earlier at 8. With getting into work earlier I could leave earlier and miss all of the rush hour that comes with leaving home at 8:30 and leaving work at 5. So, the other option that I mentioned here was to go to Gold's with Sam and AJ during lunch Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They leave at 12 and work out for 45 min and are back by 1. This is probably the least intrusive option, but to increase my time would mean going other days, or going at other time to subsitize.
